Neurodiversity Awareness Session for your team
WHO IT’S FOR
People leads and managers who want the whole team on the same page
You've had the first conversations. Now you want your team using the same words, spotting the same patterns and making adjustments without a meeting about it every time.
The session suits HR and People teams, team leaders, and managers with a neurodivergent colleague in their group.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you book
Can we book a different day or time?
Yes. Use the form above. Tuesday and Thursday mornings are listed because they're my delivery days, but I'll fit a date that works for your team where I can.
We need a quote and PO first.
Book the date and tick yes when asked. The date stays held for ten working days while your PO goes through.
How many people can attend?
Up to 100 works well online. For larger groups, ask about running two sessions.
What if we need to move it?
Use the Manage booking link up to seven days out. Inside a week, reply to your confirmation email.
“I went straight back to Chris at Neuro Advantage because he was the presenter that people really loved, so I wasn’t going to stray from what people liked.”
Their introductory session became the best attended talk in the organisation's training calendar. Leaders then asked for more.
