What This Looks Like in Practice
Situation: a Facilities Manager within a large government department was struggling with internal communication, emotional regulation and managing priorities. This was impacting relationships with colleagues and their manager and had their role at risk (still under probation).
Program: Performance Accelerator Program, 8 sessions delivered over 12 weeks.
Outcome: Resilience strategies implemented to help with emotional regulation and communication issues. Adopted a practical planning framework that materially improved prioritisation. Reframing of perceived interpersonal issues allowed for a more considered and thoughtful approach to dealing with others. Overall confidence in their ability to perform in role increased and probation passed successfully.

FAQ
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Even when a program is sponsored by an employer, coaching conversations stay between the coach and the employee — organisations receive outcome summaries, not session detail.
Can my employer pay for this?
Yes — many of our coaching engagements are sponsored by an employer as part of a performance, retention or leadership development initiative.
How long does a program run?
Most programs run as a structured series of sessions over 6–12 weeks, depending on the program and the goals involved.
What's the difference between coaching and training?
Training builds shared understanding and skills across a group; coaching is one-on-one, structured around one person's specific goals and challenges. Many clients use both — training for the wider team, coaching for individuals who need more targeted support.
