Workplace Fit Review
A practical, non-clinical review of working style, and what would help.
One session. A clear picture of what’s happening, and specific next steps in writing, within 5 business days.
Something’s off with someone on a team, but nothing’s escalated and nothing’s been diagnosed. Or someone wants a straight answer about how they work best, without a performance review attached to the question.
A Workplace Fit Review is a structured, one-on-one conversation about how someone works, what’s hard, and what would help. It’s a conversation, not a test.
It’s not a clinical, psychological or medical assessment, and it doesn’t produce a diagnosis. If something comes up that’s better suited to a GP, psychologist, occupational therapist or EAP, that gets said plainly, as a suggestion, never a clinical opinion.

How it works
Referral or self-booking
A manager refers someone in, or an individual books directly. No referral needed either way.A short intake form
How you’d describe your own working style, what feels hardest, your environment, and what’s helped before. Two minutes, sent after booking. The session
60–90 minutes: a structured walkthrough of a typical day or week, the tasks, the environment, the friction points, plus your own ideas on what would help.A written plan, within 5 business days
A Strengths & Needs Profile: working style, strengths, and 3–5 specific adjustments, each with an effort level. Corporate bookings also get a Manager One-Pager, built only from what’s been agreed to share.
What your manager sees
You sign off on exactly what goes into the Manager One-Pager before a word of it is written. What you’d rather keep between us, stays between us. If you’ve booked this yourself, nothing goes to your employer at all, unless you separately ask for something to be shared.

Common questions
-
No. You don’t need one, and you don’t need to be pursuing one either. If you already have a diagnosis, or identify as autistic, ADHD, dyslexic or similar, that’s useful context, treated as something you’ve told us, not something we’ve verified.
-
It gets named plainly, as a suggestion to speak with a GP, psychologist, occupational therapist or EAP, never as a clinical opinion.
-
Only what you agree to include in the Manager One-Pager, and you see it before it’s sent.
-
Yes. Book directly, self-funded, and nothing goes to your workplace.
-
No. This is a single session and a written plan. Coaching is ongoing, structured around specific goals over several sessions — a natural next step if the Review shows more support would help.
-
We ask for 3 business days’ notice. That gives us time to prepare and plan the calendar.
What clients say
“I was navigating a challenging period at work and constantly questioning myself, despite knowing I was capable. His coaching gave me practical strategies, greater self-awareness, and the confidence to work with my strengths rather than against them.”
— Carly, Senior Policy Officer
